Pulled in for the first time just after paying for gas with credit card. Used same card said it did not work, not declined, did not work. Asked them to run it again, did not work, ram a third time did not work. Explained I had just finished using it without issue, that their reader might be the issue. Suggested maybe using one of their cards to test the reader and cancel the transaction if it worked. "No, if you do not have another card we cannot help you."
