I recently took advantage of Radiant's last car loan promotion. Working with Radiant's Loan Department was a breeze. I came from another credit institution to Radiant Credit Union for a home equity loan. Right away I was assisted by Jessica Smith and Caity Townsend. These two were always a phone call or email away with a very quick response time. They walked me through the process at my own pace. Never making me feel pressured. This is a review a follow up from radiant credit union. After I was reported being late on my loan . The manger , Karen white called me and explain to me why I was reported 30 days late and the payment process. I want to be fair, I never said that this is a bad bank, there are some very good reviews but everyone make mistakes and ever account is different. I was late on my loan payment but I didn't know that my late charges was coming out of the payment which will cause me to be late . I am retired military combat Veteran. I... read more
