Teller (Aly) was very nice and personal.
Great customer service
I was very nervous changing credit unions due to my account being hacked into 2 times at my previous credit union. Theresa Conley made me feel very much at ease opening my new accounts. I prayed really hard before I walked into Radiant last week. All the signs lead me to make that leap. I am so happy I walked through those doors!
Went the extra mile to get this request accomplished.
The experience was awesome. Very helpful. Done in a timely manner. That’s why we are still with this establishment.
