The folks at Radiant always make me feel like I’m family, not just a number. They have the best customer care I have ever experienced with a Credit Union. Several representatives have taken the time to explain things and check up on my issues after hours even. That’s unheard of these days. You can trust them with your banking needs. Heck, I’d trust them with my children! They just do things differently, and it shows… every time I walk into a branch.
