Great diagnostic skills wasn't pushing extra services. Tech came in and took care of the described problem without pushing extra, unnecessary services. We ended up purchasing the 1 yr service plan!

I highly recommend Schmidt Mechanical Group, Inc. any servicing/replacing of AC/Heating equipment. In my two years of doing business with them, I have never had a single problem working with Schmidt Mechanical Group . Every time I have had an issue that is covered by warranty the work is immediately taken care of much faster than with other services I have used. They are on point. They manage their materials and their people in an unparalleled way.

Condenser Fan I had an intermittent operation of condenser fan replaced just over a year ago. I called SMG as they had done the replacement; even though the warranty had expired they replaced the the fan motor at a greatly reduced rate. I would recommend SMG as they back their work.

A/C Dignosis and Repair I give Schmidt Mechanical and service tech JR double thumbs up. I would recommend Schmidt Mechanical very highly! Our service technician, JR was extremely courteous, professional and quick to diagnose and repair the issue with our AC unit. Additionally, JR went out of his way to point out a few potential problem areas we have with our heating and cooling system. We are definitely signing up for the service agreement. Thank you Schmidt and thank you JR!
