Excellent customer service on the phone and at home My experience with Schmidt Mechanical was excellent. The customer rep that I spoke to on the phone was great and courteous. She even came to work today not feeling well and congested. Luis came to the house and he explained everything well and did an outstanding job.

I highly recommend. I had Schmidt install my new air conditioner and furnace couple years ago and have been using them ever since. They do good work have great employees show up when they're supposed to what more could you ask for.

Luis Huerta A/c Tech We have had trouble with our unit for 2 years. Finally bought a new one-- another company installers did not install correctly. We had no idea what could be wrong - Until Luis showed up-- we found Schmidt through Facebook and honestly if this didn't work we had no idea what we would do. He took time to investigate and actually showed us that he cared about finding the problem after understanding how upset we had been through the past 2 years. Showed up on time and completed work professionally. George was the tech that serviced our A/C and heating system, he was very professional and worked very efficiently, finished job without delay. Would recommend this company and George to anyone !!!

Very good service visit I had Schmidt Mechanical respond to a warranty request on our heating unit. The unit was functioning properly and so we sent ahead and had Schmidt do system checks on both units. They offered us a very good price and we got all system checks for less than $200. I forgot the service guys name but he was very thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing. I've never been disappointed by Schmidt Mechanical and we've used them 3-4 times.
