Very Professional Service Technician showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner, I was impressed with the service provided.
Excellent Experience Schmidt Mechanical (George) did an excellent job of determining the problem with my unit and getting the parts in hand to get it up and running in no time. They were eager to earn my business, and they kept me fully informed as to arrival plans and such so I wasn't left waiting for hours on end for the technician to arrive. Very pleased with the service I received all the way around!

Very good service and an excellent technician-repairing job is done. We have this AC an approximately 2 years. And bought 10 years warranty for parts and labor. Had no problems till this time. After our call to the Schmidt Service Office an appointment was scheduled in an acceptable time. At a first technician's visit he found that a small part of a heater starter is need to be replaced. Price replacement parts high Had somewhat of a miscommunication with service personnel and office regarding cost of replacement part. Service man seemed competent and very professional.
