Great! Rusty was very friendly and very attentive. Whenever I called with a problem he returned my call immediately and resolved it quickly. Prices are also very competitive and installation of new unit was quick and efficient.

Very Satisfied When my ac went out I called several companies they all said the same thing, you need a new system and then, I call Schmidt (yes my little brother) But he came out and told me the same thing, two other companies left me quotes and they where higher priced for cheaper system. So I had Schmidt install the system and after a couple of minor adjustments it is cooling great. Very good response time & service After returning home on Sunday from a weekend trip, we found that the HVAC was not working. After checking breakers & thermostats to no avail, we called Schmidt. They were there within the hour, did their trouble shooting and explained the problems. After approving the work, he had the unit working within an hour and cooling normally.

Finally! An HVAC company that knows what they are doing! I had an issue with my AC unit not cooling properly. Rusty and Quincy came out. Their experience was obvious as they quickly isolated the issue and a course of action to remediate the issue. They were very professional and explained the issue to me in layman terms. Great experience. Serviceman performed with expertise. I have been under contract with Schmidt Mechanical Group for a while now. They come out twice a year to service my air conditioning system. Recently they replaced the capacitor, and then recharged the system for a bit. The whole service took about an hour. The serviceman was very friendly, and I have no complaints whatsoever. He explained everything, answered all questions, and performed the service with expertise. I Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Excellent service and honest recommendations Quincy was our technician. Excellent service. We are pleased. Professional and obviously knew what he was doing. We have never used Schmidt before but we sure will again if we need ac or heating service. We did not feel overcharged or ripped off.

on time, knowledgeable, professional Hands down one of the best places . Tech was on time, called before he arrived, went straight to work and explained everything. Did not try to force extra work on you like most do, gave recommendations and left no mess. Very pleased.

They provided an excellent, prompt, professional and friendly service. This was the first time I used Schmidt Mechanical Group, and I am very happy with them. I called them when my AC stopped working. The service agent found that my AC just needed a new capacitor. Changing the capacitor was inexpensive and didn't take very long. The service agent was very prompt, polite and careful while working on my AC. It was a very good experience overall.

Schmidt has been prompt, professional, ands a good investment. After having four companies give me an estimate for a new AC unit, there was no question concerning which one to use. Schmidt provided written information from the manufacturer with specs for my needs and a detailed sheet with what was and was not included in my purchase.
