20+ years of great service They've always done me right. They've always told me what I needed and not what I didn't need. I've been using them for more than 20 years, and what's kept me using them for so long is really their way of doing business. They're very very professional.
Good and quick response I tend to be someone who rates people highly, but they did a check for leaks in the roof the first time they came out and found no leaks, and then we come to find out a week and a half later that it's all leaked out again because there was a leak that they didn't protect the first time.

Great Experience. This was the first time I worked with Schmidt Mechanical Group, and it was a great experience. There was an issue with my air conditioning unit. They were able to identify what was wrong, and they replaced the piece that was broken.
Overall a very good experience John did a great job, with a little help from Rusty... Prompt, professional, and very clean. They got our A/C running again and saved us a lot of money
Good work but too expensive I hired Schmidt Mechanical to do work for me and they did a great job. I needed them to do more work, and wanted to hire them again but they were more expensive than another company we had found to do the same work. I called them to let them know that we had a bid for the same work for $1000 less, so I gave them a chance to do the work for less but they did not want to come down. Although their initial work was great, I would not go back to them.

Thank you for your feedback on this matter. I am happy to hear my firm does great work. When the technician quoted you a price it was our rock bottom price. Certain practices and measures have to be taken when repairing and installing new a/c systems. If another company quotes the same scope of work for $1,000.00 less, corners are definitely being cut.
