We were informed of everything that would happen using X-rays so we could see. Felt very comfortable after the consultation. Surgery day was smooth and on time. Staff and nurses were very kind and comforting. We saw the surgeon before he started and he explained the procedure and answered all questions. I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. I had to have oral surgery. Dr. Rai and the two surgical assistants really put me at ease. Dr. Rai answered my questions and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. When I came to I did not remember anything. I don't even remember when the procedure began. Dr. Rai did a fantastic job with removing my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous about the procedure prior to making the appointment just because of terrible past experiences however, Dr. Rai and his staff did a wonderful job at making me feel welcomed, safe, comfortable and assured that everything would go smoothly and IT DID! My dentist sent me to Rai Oral Surgery and Implants to have a tooth removed. I am an anxious patient because of childhood trauma with a dentist. Dr Rai’s staff put me at ease immediately. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. Dr Rai is absolutely amazing. He has a very calm demeanor and even though I was still anxious, I felt very comfortable with him. Dr. Rai and his team were incredible. They were very caring with both my kids (young adults). My daughter has anxiety, they handled her beautifully. It is also nice to have Dr. Rai call the following day himself to check on his patients. I would highly recommend.
