We are writing in grateful hopes that this review will help others, especially those in similarly urgent circumstances as we were, and to reassure and give confidence to others in choosing Rainbow Animal Hospital. I've been taking my pets to Dr. Patton and his crew for nearly 20 years, and cannot say enough good things about them. They provide awesome and compassionate care, and it's clear that the love animals.

Have been taking my fur children here for years. Dr. Wolf is their primary doctor, but have seen others a few times on an emergency basis. Love Dr. Wolf and the other doctors we have seen as well. All staff are pleasant, courteous, and truly care.

*Update* I was contacted by the animal hospital with an apology and thorough explanation. I am both thankful and grateful for the effort they made to remedy the situation. As mentioned before, I have had positive experiences with visits made previously. However, it does not take away from the fact that the conversation we had happened in the first place. I love love love this place and I highly recommend. They actually have two doors completely separated from each other. Meaning to entrances. One entrance for dogs and one for cats! I had just adopted a little tiny black Kitty from Dewey Animal Shelter. All the cats at the place we're just sick and I felt terrible for leaving the other one behind that was in the cage with the kitty that I got he look like he was near death I still hold sadness in my heart that I did not adopt him as well. I wish I could remember the name of the vet who helped take care of my pup she was so sweet and caring I loved this place and I would definitely go again for anything , they really care about your pups and even call you to check up on them.

Dr Patton and all of the staff at Rainbow Animal Hospital are amazing. You can tell that they truly love what they do and care for all of their patients. We have been coming here for years and couldn't ask for better care. They give you options for your pets and never make you feel pressured to do anything that you may not be comfortable with or something that you may not be able to afford. We very rarely have to wait past our appointment time. They will always squeeze you in for emergencies.

My husband and I have had a FANTASTIC experience with this office. Our first visit with them was post adoption of our middle aged cat. We scheduled the appointment for 7 days post adoption and he ended up being very ill. We brought him in to find out he had rhinotraceitis and they started him on antibiotics. One day later we rushed him into 15 minutes to closing because he refused to eat or drink and was getting very dehydrated. Even right before closing they were so accommodating and welcoming.
