I have only been to RAH for a short time since I've only had my dog for two months but I have to say that Drs. Bercier, Patton and Vensand are so kind and caring as well as all the great staff that I have dealt with including Angie and Deonna. Everyone is so friendly and helpful - thank you all! It's a little farther than the nearest veterinarians' offices for me but I am happy to take a little extra time it takes to get there because of the people there and attention they provide.
An updated review as I no longer have any pets.. During my time there my pets saw Dr. Vensand, Cortez and Bercier. All of them were great including the office staff and Techs. I thank you all for the love you showed my Darby and Shadow.
I live on the other side of town and it is always worth the drive. I really appreciate the vet explains what they plan to do and give a price quote before doing anything. Other places do this and that without explaining anything and then all of a sudden you have a $1,000 bill. Not at Rainbow animal hospital! They explain everything and I really appreciate that. Very kind and attentive! They obviously care about the animals they care for. The veterinary technicians were very sweet and helpful, and the Veterinary was very knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be going back if my pet needs treatment!
My Daughter and I can not express in words how wonderful Dr. Vensand is...... What a great Veterinarian ! Such care and compassion this man has for our fur babies ( Dr. Vensand ) is truly the BEST that Las Vegas has to offer... We had to bring our baby Joeanna of almost 14 years to Rainbow Animal Hospital just a couple of days ago... which was breaking our hearts... I would definitely recommend Rainbow Animal Hospital to anyone searching I gotta for a caring and compassionate vet. One of my dogs was recently hurt and needed to be sedated to receive wound care, she can be quiet a handful and does not take to strangers at all and will scream ( yes scream ) when handled by someone she doesn't know. When I took her in to be treated I saw the vet tech wrap her in a blanket and hold her and talk to her calmly and reassuringly. Recently moved to the area and an very picky of the vets wall of my pets go to. Glad I found this one! Very caring hospital that are super attentive to your pets and even you! I've never been to a vet that even offers you coffee or water while you're waiting. Such a simple act of kindness means so much! This will be my go-to hospital for now on.
I love Rainbow Animal Hospital. I always feel really blessed that i found a vet that i actually trust and enjoy seeing. They are priced extremely reasonably, and always have a caring demeanor when examining both of are fur babies dog, Able and Cain. I would recommend Rainbow Animal Hospital to any friend or family member. Now if only I could find a doctor for humans in this town that was as attentive, knowledgeable, and caring... :P
I have not met the doctor at this facility yet. I have only been once; I took my dog for a nail trim. I've been looking for a new vet closer to my home and haven't found anyone... until now. Solely based on my first visit, I immediately had a great feeling from the staff! Friendly, personable, it just felt good.
