This is a great hospital. Dr. Vensand is wonderful with my pit-bull, who can be a lot to handle. He's always patient with her and me, very considerate of my concerns for her and of my budget. He wants what is best for my girl. The staff is very courteous and helpful, if I call with a question they try their best to answer my question instead of the standard answer of "you should bring her in". I have been taking my puppy Pepper Jack to Rainbow Animal Hospital since he was born. We since then have moved 20 miles away and I continue to bring him there because the care is so awesome, doctors are nice and the staff makes you feel welcomed. I will never switch as long as I have my Pepper Jack! I 100 % recommend Rainbow Hospital.
The staff here were very cool and considerate. They were also very thorough and followed up later too. The Veterinarian and his aide were very caring and patient with my pet. No problems occurred later either with any of the documents clearing animal quarantine in Hawaii.
It is so amazing when you can find vets that care about you AND your animal equally. I came in for an emergency for my cat and he was tended to with such consideration and care. I saw both Dr. Patton and Dr. Vensand and both are incredibly patient with me (and all my questions) and knowledgeable with my babies! Each issue was individually tended to and I was kept in the loop every 3hrs during emergency surgery. The best animal hospital in Las Vegas. Coming from California it is hard to find a great veternarian. My dog was puking all weekend and wasn't getting any better. I called the animal hospitals close to me (I live in Henderson) and they said they will perform "All the tests" on my dog to figure out what's wrong. I just moved from California to Las Vegas and I was worried about finding a reliable, honest, and most of all, compassionate vet for my cat Ellie. I called a few different vets around the area, but what immediately attracted me to this particular facility was how friendly the receptionist was on the phone; I was immediately assured that I was going to a place with good customer service. They seem to be honest and the prices are reasonable after all. The entire staff is friendly and seem to be passionate about caring for animals. They are my heroes!
