The customer service at this dealership is absolutely amazing. I had received a letter in the mail about the dealership purchasing my 2002 ford explorer. Although we live in Puyallup, we ended up going to the Nissan of Auburn due to the amount of new inventory and prices. We found Todd Fee through the USAA website. He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles. More importantly, he was willing to work with the time crunch we were under and we appreciated that aspect. It was a very "buyer first" atmosphere! Would definitely recommend to our friends.

After an initial less than satisfactory experience with one sales person, I left the dealership without purchasing a vehicle. The next morning I was surprised by a phone call from John who told me that customer service was a priority, he had taken action to fix the situation, and asked me to come back down to the dealership. Although I started looking elsewhere, I was impressed by their desire to satisfy the customer, so I'm returning and hope to purchase a vehicle and write them a great review.
I went to this dealer the morning after my car broke down. I arrived at 11:15am and I was in and out with a brand new car by 1:00pm. Todd was very experienced and was able to get me a zero percent APR and even had my car towed from my house at no charge for me. I ended up with a car that my new car note is cheaper and with my trade being broke down, I was able to get the most out of it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone!
Todd from the start was very entertaining. I really just went there to win a prize never thinking about trading in my truck...
