I didnt expect to actually leave the dealership with a new car but I totally did. Hello, I just wanted to say that I love my new car!! It was an enjoyable visit, thanks to my car salesman Richard Samuels, that man sure is friendly and did NOT make me feel pressured like the previous car dealers I went to. He was quick but made sure he had everything covered. The manager Jay Miller, was more then pleasant as well. I recommend anyone and everyone to go there to buy their new car!
I needed a new car and decided to visit Rairdon. I was greeted by Richard and we talked about what I needed. He never made me feel pressured and he and Jay walked me through the process making sure that I was going to be happy with the choice I was making. When I went to Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn I was looking for a good used car what I found in addition to a car was a salesperson who went out of his way to help me find a car that was within my budget and was in good condition. I was shopping for a car all day, and when I finally came into the Nissan dealership it was a pleasant surprise how easy-going and fun it was to buy our car. Rick Landowski was very considerate of our frustration and took the time to help us with the little bit of money we had for our downpayment. As a matter of fact, I referred a friend of mine to Rick. I'd also like to say that the desk manager, Robert Hoeye, actually came out and thanked us for buying the car.
this was my first time buying a new car, and it was a pleasant experience...i expected to be pushed into buying something or pressured to do add ons and what not, but that was not at all how it was...it was very comfortable and friendly, my questions were well answered, and my options thoroughly explained without pressure! i would definately recommend this dealership!
I bought a new Juke at Rairdon's at Nissan. They were awesome until after the sale was made. I have left messages and voicemails about the fact I did not get a user manual for a Juke. They gave me one for a Cube. They will not answer my emails or voicemails. DO NOT buy a car from Rairdon's if you are expecting service after the sale.
