Established in 2004. After working for a large national franchise, I felt there were things that could be done better but were not allowed by the existing corporate structure. I decided the best thing was to put my theories to the test and start my own company. I recommend RAM as a great company to use. There are some areas as I've noted in my individual responses to this satisfaction survey where things could have been done differently. The work could have been finished quicker; some delays were potentially avoidable. In the end, the result was very good and all but one of their subcontractors did a really great job.
