RAM Restoration came to the rescue when we had a plumbing leak that had the potential of causing a massive amount of damage to a reclaimed Heart Pine floor. Thanks to RAM, damage was kept to a minimum.
The professionalism and dedication to the customer is what puts them above the rest.
Everyone on the RAM team was quick to respond and very helpful. They were great to work with.
In the process of RAM Restoration fixing my home, I had a group of people come out to my home and discover where the water was, and then a few days later another group came out and discovered more moisture in other areas they didn't find moisture originally. I feel like everybody should be on the same page and doing the same thorough work. I found it annoying that the first group didn't find the moisture in the spots that the other group did.
