About this business
Established in 2004. After working for a large national franchise, I felt there were things that could be done better but were not allowed by the existing corporate structure. I decided the best thing was to put my theories to the test and start my own company. Ram took over the project as soon as ServPro got the place dried out. Once things were ready to move on, they moved.
RAM restored our house back to what it was or better faster than we thought was possible.
RAM did all that was required and we are pleased with their work.
RAM was great!
There was a lack of communication at the beginning of the project to get someone out to us. We had water damage. We have a lot of things going on. I think the fans were left in the house for three days longer than they needed to be because the company did not send someone out in a timely manner. I feel the length of time was related to how much we had to pay through the insurance company. I think they profited from this.
Really appreciated the supervision Jeremy provided. Plus, the crews were very thoughtful and actually took great care in making things “back to normal.”
Outstanding workmanship on the job!
This is my second go-around with RAM and I have been satisfied both times. They set a record. They finally got the job done, and it's been two-three years, because there was another company involved.
Well organized and efficient crews made the work go rapidly.
