Granted, one or two of the receptionist staff could use a behavioral and professional overhaul but they're not working on my teeth so I'm not too stuck on that as a problem. I am unhappy with the communication I have not been getting. Pardon the puns but it is like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer, or a correct dental plan. Would have been nice to be able to Talk to Dr. Rand and let him know what is going on in his practice. So I received a call from Dr. Rand today, it appears that I and his staff have been talking about two different things. I was incorrect on what I was assuming was my dental plan. Very courteous and professional. The staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.
