Just had my wisdom teeth extracted at Rand Dental and could not be happier with the care I received. Dr. Gugala and his nurses were phenomenal and I highly recommend Dr. Gugala for any oral surgery.The comfort level I felt through this whole procedure can not be expressed enough. Going under anesthesia and waking up could not have gone better and there was no rush to leave. Very pleased with my experience!

Granted, one or two of the receptionist staff could use a behavioral and professional overhaul but they're not working on my teeth so I'm not too stuck on that as a problem. Most are nice, and like everywhere, there's always a few bad apples that just hate being at their job and doing their job with a smile. Dr. Babayev is an amazing and skilled Dentist. I am unhappy with the communication I have not been getting. Pardon the puns but it is like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer, or a correct dental plan. Would have been nice to be able to Talk to Dr. Rand and let him know what is going on in his practice. So I received a call from Dr. Rand today, it appears that I and his staff have been talking about two different things. I was incorrect on what I was assuming was my dental plan.
