RecommendedI am unhappy with the communication I have not been getting. Pardon the puns but it is like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer, or a correct dental plan. Would have been nice to be able to Talk to Dr. Rand and let him know what is going on in his practice. RecommendedJust had my latest appointment about a week sgo...I've been coming to see Dr Rand for almost 10yrs now and always had a perfect experience here..they always seem to get me in as quick as possible and do quality work here.....Dr Rand and the staff are truly great people to deal with ....now I usually see Dr Fernandez when I go and he is as well as great dentist who takes care when he does his work....thanks for all you guys do
