I have been their patient since many years and had my appointment today but I had walk out the office without getting my cleaning done since I was forced to get the x-rays taken which I refused so they said if you don’t get X-rays taken we will not clean your teeth so I had walk out and now looking for new dentist . Why you should forced for any service. I’m very disappointed.
I do not recommend dealing with them based on my experience, which I will now explain. I called them before going in for a crown or extraction, and I sent them my insurance information. They told me that my insurance covers these services, and based on that, I scheduled the appointment and went in. When I arrived, they said my teeth needed cleaning and asked when the last time I had a cleaning was, saying that you should get your teeth cleaned every six months. I reached out to Rand Dental for routine care and to discuss replacing a crown. I made sure to confirm multiple times that they accepted my plan. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I specifically asked them to triple-check, and they assured me they did. At my first appointment, I asked again, and they confirmed it. During my 2nd visit, they informed me they had contacted my insurance about the X-ray for my crown.
