Here we go again, another week of Rand Spears' employees ignoring my calls. He told me that they already settled my case,who knows when, but here I sit. No money, no food in the fridge, phone gets cut off next week and I believe I have eviction court in two weeks. What an awesome summer! Thanks Rand Spear, you are the best! Rand Spear ripped me off like a cheap crooked lawyer. Out of a settlement of $25,000 they only gave me $4000. Insisted that I settle because that was all the insurance company was allowed to give. This was just over one year. I had a horrible car accident that left me almost paralyzed and permanently disabled. Not trying to fight for me. I am so disappointed because I really believed his commercials . I am so sorry I chose this lawyer.
Thief in a suit & tie... PERIOD! He has a new TV commercial stating that he gets "Big Cash Settlement" & "Don't be CHEATED" by the insurance company, what he doesn't mention is that he will cheat you out of that "Big Cash Settlement" he definitely cheated me out of $15,000!
