First of all my rating was a NEGATIVE "O" ....I don't even know where to begin, this is the worst attorney's office in world, you can call 10 times a day and on one will have any information for you. You will always get the run around. I spoke to Rand Spears, assistant she was very nonchalant about the entire situation, and didn't seem to care if see could help me in any way. Awful....Staff is awful to deal with and NEVER call you back. They are out to only make their money and take it away from medical providers who actually helped their client get better.

I went to Rand Spear for a slip and fall case, they took the case ran me around with different Drs. false hopes I went through about 10 different atternies, didn't know at one time who my attorney was when I called to see when settlement would be... I got the run around almost 3 years later Mr Rand Spear says oh I'm sorry, we can't settle your case the company your suing went bankrupt, and it take a long time for bankruptcy court, so we cant take your case... Rand Spear sucks!!!!!

THESE "LAWYERS" ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!! Avoid this "firm" at all costs! After over 3 years my mom passed away and we just wanted to be finished with her case. I have called and called and so has another client in this car accident case we have gotten to speak to someone a total of 4 times out of the at least 100 times of the receptionist not listening to what I was saying befoee sending me to whatever intern she felt likes voice mail. Nope. I tried to talk with someone but they kept on saying it was "connecting" they do not care. These people are not attorneys.

Bad service. Called for an initial consultation and was going to proceed but was greeted with a very rude attitude and inability to listen. The guy didn't want to be on the phone for more than 30 seconds and made it apparent. Im sure they get a lot of time-wasters and tire kickers but he made his frustration apparent from the start that it was what he expects of every call. i received phone call from this office from a kim mccluskey i could not hear very well on my end of the phone, my call kept breaking up. i said i couldn't hear her and wanted to know where she was calling from because when she said the name of the office it wasn't clear. i said "where are you calling from a drs office or a lawyers office?' she said "a lawyers office" i said " oh ok is this to set up for an interview?" she said it was but it doesn't seem to be going well, i'll need to call you back" and hung up on me. which i... read more

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident and the other driver was at fault. I actually won my arbitration hearing but the defendant decided to take the case to court. The ONLY evidence presented on my behalf was the medical report provided by the defendant's independent medical examiner.
