I basically have the same story as everybody else you leave a message they don't call you back they take forever to do anything saying its the outside people thats holding everything up. But I found that not to be true I have called one of the places that they Said they were waiting on them to Fax Something and I got them to fax that over immediately I don't know how long Rand Spears office dragged that out. Rands spears is an incompetent law firm I had them four years and another Lady who have the name as me they kept getting my case and hers mixed up I had ten people working my case they no longer works there , I would not no anything. I am a current client with this firm and I wish that I had never contacted them. I was sent to them by a friend who had dealt with them in the past. He said that, at that time, they were very good. Well, right now, on this date in the present, they suck! I was injured on a public transportation vehicle 5 freaking years ago. I have a hearing about the case later this month. Update: 4/25/22 After many months of waiting, my father finally received his settlement check today. The result? He got only about 15% of what the original settlement was supposed to be! Any guesses as to where the rest of the money went? Now we found out they also bungled heavily their dealings with the insurance firm, too! Worst Law firm EVER. Don't look forward to getting return calls- it's a rarity. When they do return your call, you are made to feel like you're a pain in their side. They took my case. I mailed them, faxed them information they requested and needed. I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. Person hitting me was only licensed 2 months and late for school. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, stay away from here!!!! This place and the people here are soooo unprofessional. They get you in with the promise of handling your case and you with the utmost respect and get you and your money quickly. But once you're in and you sign that contract you're stuck and they take their time working on your case and with you, until you complain. Horrible customer service. Lawyers have no idea what they are doing. I literately had to coach my lawyer on my case that took 2.5 years to just go to Court. Then took another year just receive the very small settlement.

This law firm is the worst. They accepted my case a year and a half ago only to tell me that they will not be continuing to represent me. I am really disappointed. Do not choose a law firm based on volume of advertising.
