Randy was amazingly helpful at ALL hours of the day. He would answer our questions immediately, even on the weekends. He is so polite and friendly. I wish we could have met him in person. The only glitch that I noticed was the communication to us on the status and what was needed after it went to the underwriter. There seemed to be a gap in communication between the underwriter, the attorney, and us.
