Our experience was pleasant. Randy and his team walked us through the process and explained the changes since our last mortgage refinance. Even though the closing process was streamlined and made as contactless due to the pandemic, Randy and his team were with us every step of the way. We felt Randy and ABMG cared about us.

Randy our Senior Loan Mgr and his team were super helpful and accommodating however the Underwriting department left something else to be desired. One problem after another for us to get qualified. The only reason we didn't just pay off the whole loan from our investments is we couldn't then write it off our taxes....was very frustrating.
make sure to explain the what and why so people understand how it all works.
