Jessica Linville was the best! Had my first oil change and was in and out in 35 minutes. Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service skills!
I left work on a Friday afternoon and heard a loud scraping coming from the front of my newly purchased Honda Civic. Everyone heard it as I drove into the service department. within 45 min I had my car back...just a small riock got stuck up in the brake rotors. Thankful I did not have to leave my car overnight or over the weekend. $55 bucks is a small price to pay for piece of mind. It was taken care of promptly and service members are professional!
Our Gerry Wood Honda experience was well beyond our highest hopes and expectations. We had been to several dealerships in Florida and the Carolinas searching for the right auto and we drove over 60 miles after a phone call with Curtis, the sales manager. It was well worth our drive. I really don't like what is expected when you go car shopping. The games, haggling and such are just exhausting. Our experience with Jordan and Gerry Wood certainly exceeded our expectations. Gerry Wood sales and service people are the kindest and most considerate folks I have ever dealt with. I got what I wanted even though it took a while: It was worth the wait! They are professionals.
