Luke Evans was very helpful,friendly and very informative of the Honda. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him if anyone plans to purchase a vehicle. Steve Brooks was also very courteous and explained every aspect of the financial process.

Every aspect of our car buying experience at Gerry Wood Honda was outstanding. We purchased a Honda Pilot on December 23, 2016. We purchased a 2016 CR-V today from Gerry Wood Honda. Our salesman Was Luke Evans and we can't say enough about how easy it was to deal with him. We were a bit worried about dealing with a car salesman as we don't buy new cars very often. Luke met us with a smile and immediately put us at ease. He listened to what we wanted, evaluated our needs and explained options. He was extremely knowledgeable and he explained things very effectively. Will we send others to Gerry Wood Honda? I drive from South Carolina to Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury every 5,000 miles for maintenance. I have a favorite service writer named "Ray" that I prefer to deal with each time. He explains things thoroughly. Just recently, I took my Crosstour in to have the passenger airbag replaced, the original time was estimated to be 3 hours and it was done withing 2 hours. I like the concept of "under promise and over deliver". I plan on buying my next Honda there!!
Repairs were completed within the time frame estimated. My car was received a complimentary wash. I used the dealerships pickup and delivery service. They were on time and very polite. I like this dealership because they remember and appreciate my business.
Took my car in for repairs. Excellent customer service, everyone was very friendly. Ray was exceptional. Very personable and understanding. Took his time to help me and explain everything.
