Very good experience with this group of guys. They were all very friendly down to earth people who were willing to bend over backwards to help me and my wife. I'd recommend these guys to anyone I know and will definitely be back there for my next vehicle purchase.
Friendly, knowledgeable, they listened to what I wanted, easy to work with, very low key. Gary Junker was my Sales Rep and has been for my previous 3 Honda vehicles. Their service dept is excellent. I have always been pleased with their work. The only disappointment I have is their lack of a body shop.
Terrific customer service.. We visited Gerry Wood Honda as well as some other dealerships to look at minivans. The other dealerships didn't compare. Monica met us outside to see if she could help us and indeed she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet and calm, she provided us information on the Odyssey, the trims, their features, availability, etc. Top notch!
