Asked dealer to meet my payments and they beat what i wanted. Great team to work with.They did what they had to do in order to sell me my car. Their goal was to make the deal affordable for me. I will return for my next car to this dealership
Excellent service and attention to details. They went out of their way to make sure that we were able to get the model, make and color that we wanted. They were always extremely helpful and were ready to answer any questions that we had.
I spoke with salesperson Gary Junker via telephone prior to visiting the dealership to explain exactly the car I was looking to purchase. Gary confirmed the car was available, and we scheduled a time for me to go in to complete the purchase. Gary did as much pre-work as possible before I arrived to reduce my time in the dealership. He was very personable and professional in his interactions. We will work with him again when we purchase a car for my husband next year.
I was in the market for a specific vehicle so I researched it online and my search led me to Gerry Wood Honda. I was scheduled with Gary Junker (Sales) and he made my new car buying experience stress free and easy. He was patient, easy to talk to, explained in detail, and answered all my questions. We car shopped for a long time. After deciding on a Honda CR-V we wanted to find the best deal on a new 2015. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. I worked with Dillon Brewer and KJ Johnson, both were very helpful and took the time to listen to my particular situation. They sat down with me and listened. At no time did I ever feel pressured. The were able to make magic happen and got me in a brand NEW 2016 HR-V What an awesome vehicle. I had not planned to buy a new car. My husband convinced me to at least look at the Honda, Lexus, and Camry Hybrid. After test drives and lots of questions for the sales reps, I went with the Honda Sedan EX-L V6. I am happy with my decision and feel that the excellent customer service from Gerry Wood Honda was a big part of it. James Holmes could not have been nicer and more helpful! He is an asset to Gerry Wood Honda!
