Communication and being prompt
Very good communication - my questions were answered very quickly.
I can not say enough nice things about Mr. Sloan. He is extremely responsive to text messages and phone calls, even during odd times. Randy is also very patient while answering questions and will explain something until his customers understand. He is always professional and provides excellent advice and guidance. We will be contacting him again with any and all mortgage needs in the future.
The communication, the knowledge to answer ANY question I had, the weekly phone call just to catch up and make sure to see if I had any questions, the smoothness of the entire process, the prompt responses to questions, just top notch service.
