Colby Jones was amazing! He answered all my questions and took me through the process with ease and was very patient when I had lots of questions.
I felt like the guy assigned to me (Dustin Wagstaff) was only helping me. I'm sure he had many other loans he was working on, but somehow made me feel like a priority. He made the process understandable and as painless as possible. He was available anytime to answer my questions or help me get through each step in the process. I would recommend him, and Ranlife to any of my friends or anyone looking for a mortgage!
Great job overall! Closed just a week late but still in good timing and made sure we didn't lose our earnest money. Everyone throughout the process was very accommodating and helpful when asking any questions or confused about the process.

Chris was great! He worked very hard to earn our business. We had been with Ditech, and we're going to go back, but I read your ad in the Provo Herald and thought to call. Chris went more than the extra mile, even giving me tickets to a football game. We did not only one loan, but a second commercial loan with him as well. We would use him again in a heartbeat. He is like my brother.
Erik and his team were amazing. Despite constant hounding and pressure from the listing agent they were able to get through a difficult loan and get us closed. Bent over backwards to help us get everything in place even when surprises came up last minute. Additionally if they had an issue they were quick to own it and do everything in their power to rectify it. Thank you Erik and RANLife for helping us become home owners!
