We were kept informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent and everyone was very responsive. Every question was answered promptly and in a way that made sense. We had a few requests and they were all addressed in a informative and pleasing manner.

We appreciate the good job that was done in getting us a loan to purchase our new home. Trevor was very nice and helpful in this process
The process was more difficult then I thought it should be. We were pre-approved, had the appraisal completed, ready to close and then underwriting questioned our income to debt ratio. We felt that this should have taken place prior to us paying for an appraisal and putting erenst money down. It all worked out it in the end and we were able to purchase our home.
