The team at Ran Life was very helpful in many different ways to make the loan process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them.
We felt like royalty through the whole process start to finish. Our loan officer was so professional and always so considerate and responsive. We had pre- approval within 24 hours, found a house and closed in less than three weeks. RanLife made it so easy to become a home owner again!
I used Lance for my original loan when I bought my house in January. He follwed up with me earlier this month, and told me about a new "no docs" refinance program that would alow me to skip a payment and lower my interest rate, thus lowering my monthly payment. Everything went according to plan and we were able to drop my payment almost $75/mo. With very little effort on my end.
