Answered all my many questions so I felt I was getting the best deal.
We had an amazing experience going with Ranlife. We were blessed to work with Alex Myers, a guy who works very hard and takes professionalism to new heights. Our questions and concerns were answered completely and in a timely fashion. Alex was clear in what he needed and did a great job explaining why certain steps were necessary. It would be nice to have a list of required information when the first application is done. Other than that I can't think of anything.
Everything was really smooth.
The one thing I would like to see improved is, for the billing department to not send late or delinquent notices to us when we're in the middle of a refinance.
