My experience with this company was the most relaxed, the customer service was remarkable, and the time frame even more remarkable! I would recommend them hands down to everyone!
Ian and Brandon worked very hard to get me a home loan. Considering my credit score I think the loan rate is reasonable. They were able to get one inspection fee wavied which really helps as I do not have a lot of money saved. The only complaint I have, but it could be the realtors fault, is that I wasn't told the final amount I had to pay for closing and that the realtor wanted me to sign one day earlier which I couldn't do. I post a lot of reviews but rarely give high ratings because it takes a lot to impress me. However, I cannot say enough AWESOME things about this company! JOSH WIGHT is simply amazing!!!! He has a true gift of making you feel so comfortable but most importantly, validated and understood regarding any concerns or questions.
