As a first time homebuyer the process of buying and all the information that you need to know can definitely overwhelm you, having William there to guide us and help us get the best interest rate and work with us anyway he could to get our loan approved was incredible. In fact Cathy reached out to us, knowing our situation and the rate we originally locked in a year ago, and let us know that it was in our best interest to refinance. Here team was just as professional as the first time. Practically everything is online, the process could not have been any smoother then it was.
