I've now worked with Kyle and his team numerous times, and he and they solidified why they will continue to be my go-to lender for life. With this purchase transaction, it was literally done as soon as it had started. The portal they use made things run smoothly throughout, but it was the people that continued to shine and show why Kyle and his team have the success, ratings, and repeat business that they do. I refinanced my mortgage with Petya, and she could not have been more pleasant to work with. She was always available to take my calls, and was able to answer my many questions very thoroughly. Her team will work (very) quickly to make sure that you're able to close as quickly as possible. Many brokers weren't able to respond to my inquiries when I shopped for lenders, but Petya COMPLETELY bucked that trend. Highly, highly recommend her for your mortgage needs.

I would highly recommend working with Eric and his team. He was extremely available throughout the entire process, waking up at 5am on a Saturday to prepare our offer so we wouldn't miss out on the house. Eric did a great job explaining all our options in an easy to understand manner. This was especially helpful as we were first time home-buyers. Overall it was a great experience and I won't ever use anyone else in the future.
