Far & away the best experience I've had with mortgage financing - Nicole is at the highest level all by herself! At closing both the title company and our realtor mentioned that Patrick was "Johnny on the spot". He was always quick with an email or phone call when needed. Our sellers actually requested closing a week early before the COVID stuff really started hitting. With 5 days notice, Patrick was able to amend all of the previously prepared documents in order to make it happen.
Tanner was extremely helpful in helping us get into our first home. He helped us with advice on how to raise my credit and was very personable and knowledgeable.
