Ted reached out to me and told me that we are refinancing now. Quite possibly the best decision of the year for me. Ted conveniently might have called me and told me to start this process on the most convenient day of the year, as I closed right before covid picked up. The digital process was easy and safe. Corey and his team from Guaranteed Rate helped me lock in a great rate on a 15-year mortgage which is going to help me payoff my house sooner than previously planned. The process was transparent and straight-forward and Corey and his team made me feel like a valued client, not just a customer they were trying to process. I got into the process with Dan just before the Covid-19 craziness began roiling markets.
