During relocation from Canada back to U.S., was in need of mortgage financing for home purchase. Additionally, I was interested in obtaining a prequalification letter to expedite shopping process. Dan was referred to me by a mutual contact. The process, although arduous from a documentation requirements perspective, was executed flawlessly. Dan and team were in competition for my business with another lender (large commercial bank). Selection was easy. I would highly recommend and use Dan amd team in the future.

Just a few bullet points: - All closing cost estimations were provided very accurately - No hidden fees or things that we did not discuss during the application - Responds momentarily - even on the weekends - Was very flexible when the closing date had changed

Stephen Griffin was fantastic to work with. He made me feel like I was his only client. Always available, dropped my interest rate, and was straight forward from the get go. I would use Stephen for a home loan again!

Tom is very good at following up on things once you start the lending process, he would answer any questions and is available anytime. Guarantee ratehas very great rates and works really fast in completitthe entire process. I would also like to highlight the ease of online application which made me very comfortable. Highly recommend speaking with Tom atleast once while you are shopping for new mortgage or refinancing.

Luana Gerardis is a top performer when it comes to refinance or getting a new mortgage. She takes the time to explain loan documents without letting a lot of jargon get in the way. She won’t quit until you’re confident you have the best deal possible!
