Working with Rick and caliber was great. They kept us informed of the process and situation and helped when there were any problems. Rick really works to get you the best rate and knows how to work with and handle VA loans very well. The rest of the team does a great job of getting paperwork and documents together and signed and keeps you informed along the way. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Misty was fantastic through the entire home buying/lending process. We were first time home buyers, so we had a lot of questions. Misty went through every detail of our mortgage and explained things in a simple way. We were able to understand everything much better after speaking with her. It was a real pleasure working with Matt and his team. I had tons of questions throughout the process and he never failed to answer promptly and patiently (he always made himself available).
