Matt was great to work with. He was very helpful and flexible especially with working around our work hours and even on last minute needs on the weekends. He helped us get an appraisal within the time needed when other banks could not meet the deadline. He explained to me the process for the loan and expectations for the cost and loan closing. We recieved our loan without any issues and closed on our home at the expected closing date. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

Alfonso and his team at Prime Lending are by far the best in the business. Alfonso is extremely professional, knowledgeable and transparent. Because of Alfonso's constant commitment, I never had a worry about the whole process. My biggest compliment is that Alfonso is available any time you need him, day or night. Katie was incredible. Our sellers had a contingency which caused us to have to orchestrate a 16 day close. Start to finish Katie was on point every step along the way and we actually closed a day earlier than expected. She gave me great advice on rates which I locked in a week after the accepted offer. Very satisfied!
