We worked with Jeff to secure a mortgage for our first home purchase and we are so glad that we did. Jeff took the time to meet with us several times in person throughout the process and kept us informed as things progressed. My experience working with Ultimate Rate Mortgage was excellent. As a first time home buyer with a lot of questions, Ania explained different/best possible options for me. Ania’s knowledge, dedication, and quick response ( even on Sunday night) made this entire process so much easier. Tom worked with us over a 5 month period to assist us with preparing to purchase a home and then doing everything possible to complete the sale.
