This was my second transaction with Tim and both were very smooth. He takes the time up front to understand your situation which avoids issues later on. It isn’t just about closing the deal, he actually wants to ensure you are making a financially solid decision and is looking out for your best interests. The application process (personal information, financial accounts and supplemental documents) was really easy, I was able to do 95% of it from my phone.
Communication is key when buying a new home. It’s a big investment. Greta and her team were great. Consistent communication throughout the process, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She really takes a lot of stress out of buying a home.
Overall we had a very good experience with Ted. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Ted was always able to provide answers and explain things. When we needed to get in touch with him about something urgent he was very responsive.
Barb did a great job in helping us to refinance our mortgage. Very professional job in covering all aspects of the process. Always followed up with us to answer any questions in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable /well versed in all components of the mortgage industry Would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking help in getting a mortgage either new or refinancing.

This company is fantastic, especially for Veterans. I recommend them to anyone though.
