I would Guaranteed Rate a 10 because the service was incredible. Our lender was very communicative throughout the whole process and made everything easy to understand. As for the whole team who helped us, they were able to get us to close on our house in an incredibly short time, and even helped us move up our closing date by about a week. Overall, just really great customer service all around.
