I had such a great experience working with everyone at Guaranteed Rate, in particular Stephen Delagrange. He made everything easy and stress free for us and was very responsive to all our questions (as first time homebuyers - we had many questions!). Also, he found a great deal for us on our mortgage, somehow even more competitive than what my credit union was offering. Would definitely work again and Guaranteed Rate and recommend to anyone, especially first time home buyers.
