Sam was the absolute best. I was a first-time homebuyer, so I needed a lot of guidance. She was able to help me through the process from pre-approval to closing seamlessly. She was very responsive and made sure to get back to me with any answers that were needed. She is personable, supportive and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage lender!
The whole process was stressful! Some questions from the underwriters were asked several times and seemed senseless! We answered the same question several times, and we could only scratch our heads! It seemed the lender was accusing us of hiding something! On the other hand, Steven and his team were very supportive and smoothed matters over when we’d get frustrated by the questions! They were very helpful and made the process much more satisfying!
