Daniel and his team were very communicative throughout the process. He was clear in providing different financing options available and guided me to the best choice in a very challenging market. It was a pleasure working with Daniel and his team and I would use them again in the future.
Having worked with lenders for my prior property, I can attest that Mike was fantastic to work with. There were new things this time around due to a new construction timeline and the interest rate environment in 2022 - but Mike was very experienced and helped walk us through everything.
