We recently closed on the purchase of our first home. Chanania was absolutely amazing. We were approved in 10 days and closed in less than 30 days from going under contract. The rate was great, Chanania even renegotiated a lower rate at the last minute without delaying closing. Fees were low and and response times were super fast. Chanania was ahead of the game and always made himself available. I highly recommend him. Great experience!!
erry is absolutely amazing! He was sooo knowledable. Not only did I get the house but closed in less than 60 days from finding the house of my choice!! Additionally he gave me great life tips along the way that was good for the home and the process. I even had ease closing electronically - how cool is that!!!
